OK, August has been LA's slowest month for about half a year, but there have still been enough performances to keep MC of the Month goin'... vote up.

"Best MC" doesn't mean the best overall. These are people MCs OF THE MONTH remember, and their inclusion could be for improvement, consistency, a winning streak, winning as underdog multiple times, etc.

• You must explain your vote in a post
• Any votes unexplained will not count in the final result of the poll
• The poll will close in one week, on 08/05/04, the time of day isn't set
  No biased votes -- dickriders are easy to spot and your votes won't be counted
• You can't vote for yourself
• No bitching about the selection of MCs; you can suggest, yes, but if it gets hostile the poll will be closed ASAP by a mod

Senor: has continued his callout spree, but it's been more voting on his battles than new ones startin'...
IceC: has picked up the pace a bit, dropped some hot verses, and won Open Mic tourny...
BiggStankDogg: has continued elevation...
Tec: made a return which musta been hard to do
King Jehu: has been one of the most active in this slow-as-fuck month, has dropped some hot stuff
ILLA: has made callouts to all the best on the site... (has only spat in one so far but that didn't occur to me til just now...)
Darijuana: has come back, been pretty active and tried new types of battles
-Orion-: I love this guy.
Eternity: has been pretty active nearer the beginning of the month, has improved his battlin' style
Thoughtz: has come strong to get his first three wins by KOs

Hmmmmm... This goes to Jehu, in a dull month he's done his best to keep shit goin', props to the othe Renegades (sorry but fuck all else has been active), Darijuana and Perfecto.

I voted for IceC because he has dropped some damn fine verses and seems to improved some what! Also he dominated the open mic tourney and won!
Other people like king jehu were also close to iceC for my vote!

I gotta go with IceC. Dude ain't on no bullshit, and won the Open Mic, as well as reppin' hard in the "site battle".

Jehu, is a CLOSE second, because he is continually ill, and as -Orion- said, has been holdin' shit down when alot of cats aren't.
