If its a DQ, the both PB & Cuba would get an N and Spume & Bro would have wasted there time.
If its left to votes and Cuba won it - he'd get a W n Spume & Bro would get an L each.

Lets be honest - if Cuba didn't have his verse posted cuz PB didn't show, he or others would ave suttin to say about it.

Although Cuba ain't said nuttin yet, he was fully aware HIS was the only verse sent in. Now he has a vote against him, people are piping up? Cuba ha every chance of getting votes if the OPINIONS of voters are that he bettered both his opponents verses.

Why should 3 guys who had the decency to, and took the time and effort to write verses - lose out cuz 1 person didn't show?

I personally don't see why I should get an N, I submitted my verse...

But, that said, I think we either should've waited for PB's verse because it's a showcase event OR they should get the win via DQ. I know CJ is in a tough position, but the reality is...there was a deadline, we didn't make it. Rules apply to everyone, even the vets.

First of all, my posting has nothing to do with the way the battle is panning out... I haven't read the verses and I haven't read the vote...I really don't care...the first I saw of the battle was when I got on so that's when I posted

I'm not saying it's fair, Cuba got let down on this, but if you're sticking to the deadline then it's a DQ

Most people, for a final that's deciding a title, would just make sure we get a show, which means further extending the already-extended deadline...I'm not saying you should do that, and it's obviously not fair on the opponents who showed up on time, but that's how it would typically roll...people don't tend to decide titles (of any sort) by DQ...but hey, it can happen

You've tried what you think is the best of both worlds and do what looks like the fairest thing, I get that, but it doesn't make fundamental sense...this is not a tag battle, it can't decide the tag titles...even if you wanna call it a live battle, it's a 2-on-1, not tag...this ain't football going down to 10 men...this is doubles tennis, Venus Williams gets injured then Serena is shit outta luck, the match is over

Feels strange this is even a discussion...seemed obvious to me

P.S. I don't think tourney wins/losses have ever counted in records...not sure where the whole N thing is, I think it used to be that you forfeited chance to be in next tourney, doesn't really matter to me though

I'm not blaming CJ, I said he was in a tough position...this is caused by PB not showing. Simples...I know he was busy, life shit more important than this for sure, but that was the cause.

CJ could post the verses for people to see & say "this is a DQ but so verses aren't completely wasted here they are"

I'm just trying to do the right thing here, this isn't me criticising anyone...let's keep it moving for once.

If all the battles leading upto this point got the winners and losers a W and an N respectively, the the losers and winners of the final should also get them awarded too.
Either way, this is a big anticlimax to a promising final SMH

Yeah people would still be annoyed - and it ain't necessarily anybody's fault that anybody's late - but the call made to actually put it up as a battle was definitely a rookie mistake to make...it's not a tag battle, so if you wanna stick to the deadline, be prepared to call it a DQ...it's not some act of ultimate fairness and nobility putting this tag battle up for votes as a 2-on-1

I would have rather lost in an honourable fashion, with people recognizing that I had given it my best shot if that would have been the case? than how it went down. (we put a lot of work into trying to beat you an point fair with our lyrics)
