Alot of people like to jump one the "hate g unit" band wagon and only focus on the singles that one particular artist has had when they havnt listened to their mixtapes or tracks which really capture thier punchlines...Banks has LOOONG been know to have DOPE punchlines with witty wordplay...so when someone says he's shit, doesnt know what they talkin bout...

Whoever was dissin LLCoolJ is way off......first off lemme say this is NOT in comparrison to G-Unit, personally, i don't like the style of music G-Unit tend to make so I can honestly say I haven't listened to enough of them to judge them lyrically. But some of the oldschool LLCoolJ shit was fuckin DOPE. Yeah he aint all guns'n drugs, he a ladies man, and that's how he raps. But I'm tellin u now whoever said he was wack.....go download some of his earlier stuff before his hollywood career blew up and that cat had some fuckin dope ass lyrics on the real.

anyways, banks is cool, but being in g unit takes that away from him...He sucks ass, regardless of wordplay and whatnot...Everyone in g unit is 50's bitch and since 50 himself is a bitch, it sucks to be them...I remember when 50 wasn't even paying them, he was just buying em shit....hahahaha |

Banks seems to be overrated here. He's pretty good, but his shit is very formulaic. Text heads tend to think he's better than he really is. As far as LL, if anybody's still calling him the GOAT, you're obviously stupid. Even in his prime he was never as good as Rakim or KRS.
Canibus > LL Cool J. LL is a bitch for dissing him in a song they were in together AFTER Canibus changed his verse due to LL being sensitive and felt disrespected when 'bus was trying to pay homage... Learn history, boys. Stop with the Banks shit already. It's getting embarrassing. |
