He was not one of the best... in fact, he wasn't even that good in my opinion. However, the man had love for hip hop and repped New York to the fullest. Ol' Dirty Bastard had crazy energy, and his loss is very much felt by The Wu and fans in NY. He died a few hours ago. I just heard about it on the radio an hour ago, and it was believed that he died in the studio. Later, U-God said that ODB died in his sleep. The causes are not known yet. Either way, Rest In Peace Ol' Dirty. |

Yeah I heard last night, meant to post a thread but I was busy... Indeed, he wasn't that skilled but he had charisma and he was true to the game, that's all there is to it. Mad respect for his game. He had complained of chest pains earlier in the day, so I'm pretty sure it was heart failure. RIP |
