I won't mention what's on everyone's mind. How are we all getting on in our respective circumstances? I find myself going from one extreme to the other - from like no spare time to too much of it. Overwhelming but I'll get used to it. I'm sure a lot of you are in the same boat. Anyway good to see a lot of my favourites still dropping ill shit, this is good for not rotting my brain during this boring period lol.

Well i'm classed as a front line worker here in the UK, and i still have to
go to work and commute twice daily, plus I've got to work 14hr shifts for
5 days then 1day off rolling un till the foreseeable future, there is some
conciliation though, i'm alive and kicking and now i find it easy to get a
seat on the train to and from!, and my family is well, and I'm still reading
poetry, so all things concerned, i'm good....peace.

I have to work from home now, which can be difficult with 2 kids but thankfully my wife is on maternity leave with our 2nd. I have no idea how families with 2 working parents are coping, feels like that is an unseen part of this crisis. The mental health toll is going to be enormous.

We were also due to move to another part of the country, have agreed to sell our house and have agreed to purchase another one. I don't see how that can possibly complete given the current circumstances. There are some truly frightening scenarios being discussed for house values, which I'm a bit in denial about at the moment. Plus I have a new job starting 21st April that I have no idea how we're going to manage.

But hey, I'm sure there are people in a lot worse circumstances than us, we have good savings, the company I'm moving to is strong and has committed to no redundancies due to coronavirus. In many ways we are some of the lucky ones I'm sure.
