...
It's deeper than the hashtags by trendy musicians
Fentanyl twitches or Benzino's Eminem disses
Or sixty six sixes, when I end this transmission...
They gon' have to reinstate pensioned morticians.
...
It's ritualistic, it's a vigil for victims...
Of lynchings, the picnics, a flip book of pictures...
Postcards of hangings and these vivid depictions...
Of men getting booked like Kindle subscriptions.
...
Peep the comment section of a gore site if you please
If you like what you read, that's a mental condition.
I guess that's all fine like those minstrel traditions
But toppling statues causes menstrual afflictions.
...
It's stereotypical like Henny addictions...
And the stigma of n-words who've been through the system.
Like Rooftop Koreans, they're busting off more lead
Red dot on my forehead...Dindu religion.
...
Shit's about to get hot like Vindaloo chicken
But when it comes to Curry, we are Steph in the kitchen.
Tell our white allies that the fence ain't for sitting
That Left and Right shit is all friendly competition.

...Miss me...

And backing the badge that's a weak type attitude
They got people fighting on the streets like Shadaloo.
Is the tide turning?... was I right all along?
Why have you gone silent? ...would y'all like to respond?
...

“Fence ain’t for sitting” is a highlight to me. Rest is classic and effortless too. Loved the nonchalant tone throughout and each statement from “morticians” till the end was poignant and well delivered. This definitely deserves more attention. Thanks for sharing.

That kindle bar was absolute flames and the opening rhyme scheme was nutty. Nice to see you haven't lost your touch chain

Real nice writing, big message.

Favourite bar was the Curry play, worded really nicely.
