Like I said in his most recent verse. If he keeps away from those completely ridiculous verses and just focused on evelation he'll continue to grow.

My first topical battle was against him, and, having battled him again just recently, there's a huge difference between both times. Improvements in terms of technicality are also tremendous, which can be seen in his latest crew collab.

I started a year back and all these guys and girls have elevated just nicely. I remember voting a few Axy battles, and we all gave much needed pointers. Then later this year he smashed up Tre in the 1-2 ... so proud! That's why I nommed him.

	I originally nominated Crimson, but in retrospect I think I have to give the nod to HI-Z on this one. I haven't fed many of his drops but I have silently observed his progression in the shadows. His elevation to date has been a thing to witnesses. I think at this point he is more than deserving of his just dues and some recognition for his dedication to the craft.

	I nominated him & I'm sticking to my guns here...going with Rutter Knows Best. "What?!" I hear you say "but Rutter been dope since way before 2016"...well, ok, the guy was always good. But in my mind he was one of those guys who flattered to deceive, like, he never dropped anything that was shit or even too far from average but whenever I read his drops I always felt like he could've done better...like it was clearly within in but he was either a bit lazy or he was like "ahhh, that's enough". Over the course of the year he's matured, now whenever he drops he's completely on it. He's pushed himself to a higher level & he's consistently stayed there. For me he's a real top tier dude now & I don't think that many people have really woken up to that. Just goes to show everyone can get better, even if they clearly know what they're doing already. So yeah, he gets my vote as he's the one that's made that impression on me. Admittedly I don't stick as close to the entire scene like some of you (because hey, someone's gotta put the graft in) but I can only vote on what I see & what I see is RKB has put that work in on his game & it's paid off.

	^^i'm still sticking with my pick but just to piggyback on ur point, Cuba, i'd like to touch on Rutter's topical stuff. YOOOOO he's nasty. emphasize the nasty because up until like a month ago, i've never seen the dude write a topical ever. So if there was a WTF? award, i'd vote him hands down

	I gotta g with Axyrocker When Axy came onto the scene late 2015 i think the general consensus was he was pretty bad. Wording was a big issue for him and he was still grasping the mechanics of delivering a punchline. He took alot of L's in the learning process. Through the start of 2016 he stated having more mixed fortunes and started grabbing a few wins of some people in the lower mid tiers. He's since been picking of new guys for fun and even when against some of the sights established, while he hasn't won he put out respectable verses. Tbh nowadays he's no slouch and is a solid mid tier battler, his mechanics are there now and he's definitely not on to take lightly. There really aren't that many who persevere with it like Axy has. He's gone from a complete newb to a decent battler and a capable topical writer. SO yeh i'm giving axy the nod.

	Some strong contenders noted here Hi Z... yes he keeps getting better, but hasn't been here long enough to be considered of the year Axy rocker had no grasp on this whatsoever when I was last on board, it is great to see him start looking like he is going from strength to strength and elevating.. Strong contenders I gotta give this to Dizzle though, he has elevated massively in so many ways His drops have gone from cringe worthy to Borderline top tier, he has tighten up every aspect of his game Vote dizzy

	im voting for Hi-Z on this one. he has made consistent drops since he started here which I believe was around the same time. he has improved with each drop and taken all the constructive critisim and applied it into his future drops in order to improve. I think you had the hands down improvement, and the hardest work. I don't think ive seen any member drop as many om's as you have in a short time frame. good joba nd I hope to see you continue your elevation.
