Kinda a shame this is slept on. You brought mad bars here. The closer of the first verse was in turn a great opener for the second verse. Which was definitely the highlight of the piece. You went from rabid chimpanzee to big bad gorilla real quick.
Burrito line was mad dope. The mob bars after it creative as hell. Didnt think someone could rhyme Thompson 1928 but there you go. Cee-low bar clever... man... whole second verse is nuts. Per usual juicy with the flow. So juicy I'd drop a sick gif if I wasnt on the phone. |

what the hell is going on with LA today. i just wrote a huge breakdown and as i was posting an error came up. for now i'll say this got me hyped. i fucked with the piece as a whole but the second stanza had it all. punch, swag, imagery. The segment about the mob and peacoat in the rain was visually rich and really adds to the "don't fuck with me" tone. made me want to do a flex verse now ha. keep on.

I'm a little late with the feed here i know..
Yep this selfhype piece came off dripping with masculine tones,very in your face and forceful is what i took from it,(did you write this to a beat?),because the flow was so smooth and uniformed throughout on reading,i was liking the content here too,it had an certain imagery all its own,this was due to the metaphorical vocab you used,and here's the thing,you had little to no smilies either!,which made this verse rich and deep whilst stimulating imagery via this clever inclusion alone,i'll say this iLL,you definitely got skills with the pen,and you have a kinda flair where you write short lines,but their exaggerated and expanded to say much more than what's act- ually written,(i bet in the distant past,you use to write long to semi long lines),cuz the short route craft you nailed,not just here,but on many occasions,your pieces have an essence of honing your abilitys about them,enjoyed this one,nice read... peace. ps,what does the title mean in English?,elaborate pls.. |

Thanks for the feed. I did not write to a beat, just kept the rhythm off the first couple of lines. I used to write ridiculously long bars, then when I switched to audio I learned how to say more with less. Only recently in the last few years have I really dialed back length of lines. And finally...

I love it when you switch it up and let the pen go bonkers bombastic on a number That freedom from the unavoidable thought process that is required for storytelling is really evident and refreshing to see So this whole read was fluid as fuck, the first four lines and how they transition to the little switch up in lines 5/6 were really smooth and the switch was dope I really liked the talking thru wire/federal thing moving on to the pedestal paved part...That was boss swag right there! The coffin part was just straight nasty The burritos got me with the lolz And the fedora/peacock thing just about summed this mental drop up....Mental! |

Flow , wordplay, puns, rhyming...actually...your flow at the end got ridiculous...it reads so smoothly, it's been a while since I've read a hype drop like this, it reminds me of way back when. .
