   Firstly just a quick apology for my absence of late,i had a go-karting accident 
that left my leg shattered,and a months stay in traction at the local hospital,
after a 4hour operation,(and these crutches are fucking annoying and causing 
soars),anyways i can see i have a lot to catch up on,so i'll be up to speed soon,
and its pleasing to see the site still vibrant..peace.
