I'm honestly exhausted with all these gender swapping oddities

Never been locked up, but it's obvious I fucking ought to be

Been breaking into hospitals seeking patients with tracheotomies

An swapping their oxygen with the bags from their colostomies

I'm the evil wrought from grievance caused by your apostasy 

The product of your karma, the seed of ya'lls atrocities 

A godless heathen beyond thoughts of consequence, conscious-less

Tossing sarin in discarded condoms at Parkland rally congregants

The monster with a martyrs grin, hardened by the mark of sin

Longing to place bombs into Wal-marts childrens bargain bins

Then watch the carnage from their parking in a cardigan

I'm the slaughtered sheep and the monster beneath the bed,

whisper in the wind, the abyss, the sickness between your breaths.

The shadow in the corner, the gallows, shackled and tortured,

every battle unraveled by travels... every shallow disorder.

We've been colluding with Lucifer, while feeling jubilant doing it

Spreading the message of menace,  making a mess with impunit-ence

Until kids get depressed  and start being friends with these lunatics

Who infect their lil heads with the presence of ruthlessness
