Anyone got simple, easily implementable ideas to make the site more fun?
I'm trying to get away from big ideas like "A BATTLE LEAGUE" which have been discussed elsewhere, and more towards things like "it'd be cool if we could do... X" Ideally we'd just go ahead and implement then straight away if they're simple and straight forward enough...no debates, just creating a buzz. Over to you... |

Some specific forum mods who mod particular forums, such as battlefields, so current mods don't have to constantly chase buklshit AND deal with closing battles and accepting votes and all that hassle. It will also probably keep the Battlefields moving imo

Why limit it to weekly? I'd maybe say a top 3 or a top 5, as that's shorter and easier to do...

Just make the title something like "Drop a top 3/5"
And then in the thread just say the concept of the thread is for people to drop a top 3 or 5 (whichever you prefer) and maybe give an example. Personally I'd say: Top 3 Martial artists Chuck Norris Bruce Lee Jackie Chang ...so people can follow easily. |
