| This might just be paranoia talking, but do you have any as of yet unmentioned motives for doing this? Not many people would just offer a monetary prize while getting nothing in return. Do you plan on profiting from this somehow? For example, if we rap on your beats the beats might be copyrighted but not the lyrics making it essentially your song to do with as you please. You could then promote the song as your own and make more on it than the prize you are offering. |

Bro, I ain't going to make a hundred dollars off a song lmao. Let's act like I did plan to profit off your songs for a minute. I have a non-premium Soundcloud. I don't have a Spotify. Spotify pays .006 per stream. A Distribution service costs 20 bucks. If I wanted to "break even" on this project, I would have to get 20,000 streams. Or I could lease the beats that are just laying in my hard drive for 30 bucks for a non-exclusive lease. I literally lose nothing. Not even time because they're already made.
