This was probably the best battle of the tourny so far...
Sparta:
Opening bar was ok, nothing special...next bar: paralympic teams was fuckin dope...nice play...members runnin was dope too...body armour line, again nice...good play and personal was relevant...typing style was nice personal, dope play...spittin alone, dope...slot machine was a nice play, slightly indirect but still dope play...crossword puzzle line was sick, nice play...rubbed off on verses line was decent, nothin spectacular but decent...closer was funny.. Overall: One of ya dopest verses ive seen from ya Spart, you stayed consistant throughout the verse wit hard punches mixed wit witty wordplay....aside from the opener which was average at best, this was a really strong verse...9/10 Point BlanK:
Opener was nice, but i jus recently seen a simular punch so it slightly takes away, still decent opener...next bar: far from relaxed was a nice punch, good play...served in TT was tight, good play...msn screen name was ehh..ok at best, kinda a reach...four angles was nice, good play...opposites do attract was dope, good play (if u really think about this punch ur almost calling your selves gay, sayin ur attracted to eachother lol)....spar-ta get to the final was a dope line, good original name play...hijaking a plane was tight, seen it before but still nice punch...mccann line was nice, was a good play, slightly indirect but still tight...closer was a nice idea but for a closer i woulda used something else...especially since the accident happened in 2001, but still nice idea... Overall: Really good verse here, felt you had some really dope punches wit nice flow to it..only a bar here or there that was ok at best...8.5/10
This was a really tight battle and its not that point didnt come hard, it was that sparta came really dope...so really this would be very difficult verse to beat against anyone...Vote: Sparta ...1

aight... here's the breakdown... an' i'ma stick to the number break downs just to see who comes out w/ the most points... sparta - opener was nicely done... flow was tight an' the idea was cool... not a very hard punch, but i thought it was tight... 3/5... 2nd bar was ok... flow was a little off to me, an' the punch/ play was only so-so... 2/5... lol, 3rd bar was nice... good personal/ punch... 3/5... play was sick on the 4th bar, but wasn't much of a punch... flow was cool, too... 2.5... lol @ capitolize... i've thought up a similar punch for him... decent bar... 2.5/5... 6th bar was tight, good personal/ punch (an' yes it holds up 'cuz you HAVE had the better tag verses)... 3.5/5... play was niiice on the 7th bar... unfortunately the punch wasn't all that hard... good bar tho... 3/5... 8th bar was my favorite so far, very nice play/ punch... 4/5... LMAO @ the next bar... nice personal punch... 4.5/5... closer was nice, although the rhyme mismatched a little for me... nice personal/ punch tho... 4/5... point blank - good idea in ya' opener... decent nameplay... relies on the play quite a bit to land the hit tho... 2/5... 2nd bar was tight tho... i like the nameplay here a lot more than in ya' opener... 3/5... again, real nice play in the 3rd bar... but no real punch... 2/5... msn screen name play while sorta relevant still didn't do much for me... 1.5/5... 5th bar was funny... nice punch, good play... setup could've been better to make this incredible... 4/5... 6th bar, flow was nice, play was dope... used bein' his partner against him just as he did to you, too... good bar... 4/5... 7th bar, i don't know how anyone else is gonna feel about this one, 'cuz it's yet another nameplay... but i thought this one was crazy... the flow was siiiiick, so it works even better for me... 4.5/5... another TT play, but done better in the 8th bar... 3.5/5... great idea in the 9th bar, but was too generic... should've been incorporated towards him more... 2.5/5... closer was nice tho... nothing spectacular, but was still effective... 3.5/5... sparta - 31.5/50 very close battle, guys... but for more consistancy, |

aitte guys here i my vote...
Sparta: ur flow was onspot except i think in one place the armour line... ur punches were consistent and many were powerful like the leaving members one... the starting ies was nice abt the partner... but one thing is i felt that you kinda dissed the crew idn though or mabe its just way understood it... overall good verse. PB: ur flow was good all the way through... idn abt ur punches though some were really good like the opposites do attract and the whole TT thing was clever and some more were good... but some were not as strong like the one afta the attract line... idn but i'm seein too many football lines lately and i think its starting to get played.... but still good verse... Vote: i have to give this to Sparta cuz of the consistency in his verse. Sparta GMV |
