Vice documentary on Ali Bouala - 5\6. A must see for both active and former skateboarders. Pretty good story for anyone else too.
And rewatched some older movies: Goodfellas - 4\6 - Pesci IS a gangster. Donnie Brasco - 4\6 - A good movie but lack that classic feel. Transformers The Movie - 4\6. It's funny how an animated cartoon from the middle of the eightees destroys the moderns TF movies when it comes to emotional display and characters. The first 40 min is pretty good, the last part not so much. Still heaps above any Michael Bay version.

The revenent- dope backdrop to this, fairly predictable ending but well worth the watch.
Hateful 8- I enjoyed this, ticked along nicely not his best but I thought it was pretty solid Legend- expected more but still decent, thought the love story took up too much of the film, Ron was what saved this movie for me. Very entertaining character. |
