CRITERIA FOR CANDIDATES
  • Elevation
  • Consistency
  • Quantity of output
  • Quality of output
  • Accomplishments (such as tournament wins, winning streaks, big battles)

This is not an ACTIVITY poll, it's about CONTENT; voting IS considered content contribution but shouldn't factor in with more priority than verses or battles.

This is not NEWBIE of the month, it's about who is BEST; elevation IS considered good reason to be made a candidate but quality in content is essential.

RULES FOR VOTING/POSTING

  • All poll votes must be accompanied by an explanation (can be short)
  • Reasons for voting must be relevant
  • Voters must have been reasonably active during the month
  • You can't vote for yourself
  • No bitching, if so you just ruin your chances of inclusion

MC Woods won a tourny this month...but was overshadowed by claims over the quality of the competition, beating DTK doesn't guarantee you an MC of the Month spot...
 
Lot of interesting open mic battles going on, disses flying all over the place...Orion brought yet more controversy and activity to the board to his credit and slapped about some dudes in the open mic, maybe if he gave himself more of a challenge he would have a credible shout of MC of the Month....Jehu returned with some insightful bars, as always...Calibra has been consistantly strong, diverse and creative with his open mic drops...Chain dropped some strong scripts, Freedom Da 5th (not sure if I got his name right) has a sick rhyme style and brought rhymes in abundance...I went on a rampage with ridiculous similes and dropped a couple of verses as well....
 
In a bit of a conundrum, I was planning on voting for Calibra because I think he has been the most consistant on the open mic front...bringing quality, quantity and consistency ... but equally he hasn't been that dominant over the month to justify him taking my vote for both open mic of the month & MC of the month...guess its not a given he will win open mic of the month due to the strong competition, so he can have my vote on this front as well...

Though I don't like giving it to him 'cause he set both these threads up...cocky bastard
