Take your battles...number them 1-5 Then pick two numbers out a hat (or ask someone on here to pick to numbers)...then you have a 2 way battle & a 3 way battle... Then a final Or...if you get two no show's in the first round, get those two people to battle each other to go into the semifinal. -------------

Only reason i posted is mine is IF the oponent see's you have dropped he may be more inclined to drop his rather than waiting to see if you no-show, but like point said i wasnt botherd either way but X DID makes the fact about recieving them clear so if people (including myself) choose to just drop against a good oponent or any one for that matter do not bitch if you get flipped ------------- |

The only reason I posted that in the battle is because of this....
So I couldn't PM you my verse seeing as you my opponent, and HanGing wasn't suppose to be here that much. That's why I asked if were are "Acting like its Blind Drops", and you had that quote in there about understanding your English. Its all good though. P.S. Blind drops means no flipping...the extension of that idea is "blind drops via PM" because then you don't get the advantage of 'knowing what you have to beat' going second...personally, I don't think you should flip if the rule blind drops is clearly stated. Which in the case of this tourney, it was...the PM is additional to that. -------------

Well if they ignore the rules you can: a) DQ them... b) Ask the other battler what they want...DQ, allow it, let them redrop c) Tell the voters to ignore the flips d) Allow the voters to vote as they feel appropriate What do you do if someone ignores the bar limit? Well I've actually been trying to think of that solution Swift.. I mean I'd say do a 3 way.. between the last 3.. the weakest verse would be voted off.. The remaining 2 would face each other and then we have our winner.. That's honestly all I can really think of.. I mean we could all do a topical explaining who deserves a spot in the finals.. But again just a suggestion.. There is no final say as to what's going to happen.. Everyone is free to drop a suggestion.. I'm open to all ideas.. (Kay what you think ? Hehe)

Cause he just got banned for having a 2nd account.. I don't HAVE to let him in.. I can continue it with a 3way and say oh well tough shit.. It's not my fault he broke site rules.. I'm trying to be FAIR and give him another shot.. I don't personally care that he made another account.. I never knew the real kosmosis to begin with I wasn't active on the site when he was around.. I mean I could do it like this.. Say for instance if you beat chain in your battle I can decide to elect Kay to battle you since he asked you for a rematch anyway.. But then I'd look like a fag for doing that cause Kay lost fair and square.. WELL I had to write a verse against a double account.. So that's not fair to me.. But as far as you XTC...... The funny thing is, people knew that was Kosmosis. Maybe 5 minutes of research would reveal that... Manc called it months ago and has been calling him "Kos" from Day 1. Not that "Steven" hasn't been dropping hints left and right, even typing in lime green. You could've had a monster verse as there's PLENTY of dirt on Kosmosis.
No hate, but I just gotta point out the irony here since you mentioned fairness...I battled a guy who was under an alias, Big Game remember? Even though I mentioned it in my verse that he was an alias , Slick you didn't even question my personals that were clearly aimed at BG before you quickly cast your vote for the dude.

All I knew of Kosmosis was that he talked a lot of shit and he rode your dick hard.. And I didn't search for that info.. It just always appeared in issues relating to you.. And your posse.. Really why research him? I only called you out cause you had a rep.. You were the only one that appealed to me.. Pause. Cause you were the only one making statements kicking ass and takin' names.. So naturally I only researched you.. But came up wrong.. Now you keep referring to a vote that you "let ride" but again you love to bring it up.. Then you called me out on it our 2nd battle and told me I dickrode.. But why would I ever dick ride a guy who was in a RIVAL CREW.. I told you straight about why I voted Kon.. I came on the site before you.. I've SEEN THAT SHIT USED ON HIM BEFORE.. YOU DIDN'T COME WITH ANYTHING I HADN'T HEARD DROPPED ON HIM BEFORE.. But hey you let it ride.. Right.. But then! I got 2 hate votes from both Stevemosis (your biggest fan) and Rameez (your unofficial wife) and I let those ride in our 2nd battle.. A battle I don't believe deserved to end the way it did.. And of course sergeant Manc shows up protecting his crew and just takes the votes as they are cause they were in YOUR FAVOR and he's in YOUR CREW.. But let's not point fingers.. Now if Manc KNEW he was Kosmosis why didn't MANC ban him? Technically he's breaking his sacred oath to serve and protect LA with everything he stands for.. And to me that doesn't prove worthy of being a mod.. Chain just battled him.. Why didn't Chain make any references.. I'm sure if it was THAT OBVIOUS he would've capitalized on it.. So how can you try and justify someone who fucked up..

There is a difference.. A huge difference.. Its not just a name swap.. Changing my "username" to Slick wouldn't serve change shit cause I'm still going to be known as -XTC- to some but I'm still the same guy with all the same info.. He had an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT ACCOUNT.. So therefore my verse was "limited" to knowledge of Steven T. Guidry.. Not Kosmosis.. I don't HAVE TO ban people. As a mod, it's down to ur own discretion with what to do in situations you see fit. I don't know why you keep talking like you know what mods do. You've only ran a shitty tourney. Stop getting ahead of urself lol It is entirely up to the mods when deciding each situation.
