I love how you can keep fluidity within your verses! It's not like 25 seperate concepts moulded into one, it's like they're all tied together and daisy chained nicely. My fav part was the closer, it was hard hitting because you worded it to perfection. Loved this one, Dave. I'm glad you didn't agree to re battle him, he doesn't deserve it. What Cuba said, but I was also hoping for more Patrick Swayze movie references haha...the Ghost reference/concept continued for a bit (demi/pottery, see the light, lifting spirits) which I loved. I liked what you did here in an overall sense too. Much more interesting than your typical diss verses where it's just a bunch of barely connected punchlines and your last two sets were pretty tight too, probably you're strongest parts. -------------

The whole Patrick Tre-zee / Ghost shit had me cracking up. This was one of the best disses i've read in a long time. I've tried to start incorporating similar concepts into my own battles, coming more direct, more personal and more point blank facts, rather than constant plays. To me, things like that are starting to land harder. Keep it up. |
