Vellum At the end of this you'll be 'going home' cuz your bars shit So 'hit, the road, kill' like "punchin" 'dead animals that cars hit!" five stars!? shit, how!? When you haven't ever been best You could be an 'Indian Chief' and you still couldn't get a 'head_Dress!' I can see his moderator position really goes to his head cuz the only time he has 'verses on lock' is when he's 'closing a thread!' I'll 'son dress' like the garments ladies be wearing each summer & 'add dress' to the graveyard like 'The Cemeteries street number!' I'll put 'D' in a bag like I'm serving fiends with a heroine fix cuz "blowing up dress is a breeze" like one of "Marilyns Pics!" I'll embaress him quick, ...He should really use another strategy If they said "Kill-A-Leader" they ment a "Metric Unit Of Capacity!" Vellum - Real nice opener, cool execution as well...the ending of the setup was a bit weird tho "cuz your bars shit"...missing an "are"? Still though, nice punch...I really liked that second bar, nice work...3rd bar oh man...It's a real shame...there was nothing wrong with the bar...it was clean, well-worded and all....it's just that it's majorly played...I mean, it's played on Mods in general, but I think even Dress may have seen this punch 2 or 3 times...And it's been done exactly the way you did it with the "on lock" "closing threads" linkage...Just unlucky there....4th bar was real nice, both the setup and punch...Again, the Address thing as obviously been used before but you put a real fresh spin on it IMO, well done...5th bar was funny, nice hit...6th bar, again, was well worked and good although he's not a "leader" or at least I don't think he is (of LI?)...Closer hmmmm, was a bit of a stretch for me...I don't think the sound similar enough so it wasn't really working for me (Hair/Hear)...Creative though, and maybe it's just the way i'm pronouncing it...Overall: A good verse...love some of your concepts and the way you execute them...Only had two bars I wasn't feeling...The mod one (because i've seen it so often) and the closer...Other than that, the nameplays and such were real fresh. Dress: Tight opener, liked it a lot...2nd bar was another really dope concept/bar...3rd bar was a dope concept, although it wasn't perfect for me in wording...still, good....4th bar was another nice concept, but wording wasn't quite there for me...still a decent bar though...5th bar was real good, liked it...6th bar was well done, although maybe a bit obvious...closer was dope, nice finish...Overall - I thought you had a pretty great verse here... Overall: I think I'll point it out now cause I didn't mention it before in either's feed...It's a bit disappointing not to see a single personal out there haha although Vellum had the mod stuff...but you guys did have dope concepts and you guys are great at executing them...Both got caught up in the same type of concepts (Vellum had 4 dress nameplays in 7 bars while Dress had 7 V plays)...I think the simple fact that both of you overdid it means I won't really criticize either for doing it (although 7 V plays in a row is a bit insane haha)...I think if Vellum had reworked the mod bar to be a bit more fresh, then he wouldn't taken this...As is, I think Dress was a tiny bit more consistent...Overall, great show from both of you in how to work a nameplay... V/Dress -------------

Although creative...choppy five stars!? shit, how!? Vellum.....you had sum decent concepts fam, yur first two bars hit ok it got better as I read on. I fealt some of your concepts could have Been executed a little better, but overall a great verse from you. DTK.....You had some fresh concepts here fam.... that V-Texts line Had me roll'n. I though yur verse was fresh, as lot of originality And overall it just hit harder imo. Great battle. MVGT....DTK....his verse just packed more of a punch concepts were fresh, flow was on point, punches hit harder. -------------

V- this was a dope battle but you seemed to have put more emphasis into the wp on this verse rather than the punches... you didn't really use any personals either and DTK has been around for a minute to dig up some good dirt against. this verse had many misses in it but the one good bar was the closing the threads bar where you used a decent personal. DTK- this wasn't your best stuff... you came harder in the 1st round... don't know if your head wasn't in it or you are falling back on old material but it seems like you use and alphabet line every opponent. you did have some good concept and i think you landed your punches consistently but you were missing a big KO punch here... Josh is a hulking demon, you better pray for a priest! Cuz I'll leave V Cut In The Stomach like we Favoured Obliques best bar of the battle^^^^ MVGT DTK -------------  |
