I'll go with CHAINs Facebook Crook it was dope as fuck. The concept was fresh and creative and the story was developed well and the wording was fucking sick.
Props to everyone nominated except for that one guy who wrote "A Day in the Life of a Noob"... what a nobhead.

And people laughed at Scoot's "all the glory, none of the work." Like he has many times in my 10 years on and off LA, he hit that right on the head if you ask me.

Pushing this up for more votes. As Exo, said if the community doesn't vote. There won't be an OMTOM next month. So Let's go.
I would expect everyone's piece that has gotten nominated to have dropped a vote already tbh.

It's just like "argh why are there no votes, why is there no feedback" though Shanks. People like to moan but they only wanna take, there's not a lot of "give" in the symbiotic relationship for some people here.

Lot's of good OM's here indeed but my vote goes to Stylin on’em Part 2, for simply being a raw and versatile written piece.

Actually read most of these at some point last month, a few stand out to me but none were as memorable as chains verse. I could still visualize that picture and the verse did it justice. +1 for him

1. Trizzy Tre – Stylin on’em Part 2 (Feat) CHAIN, Exoduzt, Boss, Beans - A very traditional "body a verse" collaboration in this one. I thought you all mixed in your unique styles successfully and still kept the approach as accurate to the title as you all could have to make everything mesh so well together. It was a very punchline-oriented piece and each skill was definitely put on display effectively which really made this a very awesome read. I gotta say that my favorite verse has gotta be Ex's. You all killed it on this one. 2. The Law – Props when its due - This was a very selfless and brave idea. Being at that skill level, I would never think a writer would sit down and take his time to speak highly of other writers in an actual rap verse especially in such a competitive place. As much as respect is given among many writers here, it was still a very different and unexpected concept but it was still a very good one. You kept the quality of your rhymes and technique while putting your pride to the side to create something you don't see every day. Great work.
3. Boss – Save Harmonica - I loved this piece. It was such a descriptive and visual piece of work that sort of reminded me of a more mature story about Link from Zelda. I thought you did a very good job not wasting any detail and really mapping out enough for the reader to clearly visualize what you were portraying in words. It really kept me captivated throughout the whole piece and although the flow and rhymes could use some work, I thought the piece as a whole was quite fantastic. Really opened up my mind into imagining everything clearly. 4. SwordedStyles – Reality’s Broke - See that a lot of this is from the other piece I dropped feed on called "It's Like This". As I've said over there, it was just a very fun read to follow along with your flow and rhymes. No matter how many times you switched up your internals and schemes, the technique was skilled enough for the reader to not struggle reading through it all. Just a cool verse to enjoy reading and spitting out loud to. 5. FuckOff – The PoW - A piece that didn't lack any description and was never held back from content even with your unique style of wording your lines. Really kept my attention throughout and like the other story piece above, allowed my mind to truly imagine with enough detail what exactly you were writing about. However, I don't feel like I have a complete opinion yet only because this is still almost like an introduction. I'm gonna be on the look out for the rest of the parts because I'm definitely interested in what happens next. 6. Cain – Last Day Of School - I sort of had a feeling as I read on where the story was developing towards. My favorite part about it was the constant "first this, then that, finish the line" type of style you used. Although repetitive, I enjoyed that it kept me on an even pace of flow and rhythm. Definitely added some flavor to the overall work. With that said however, I think the story was too predictable. I think too many come to expect a character being bullied to retaliate and/or end themselves. 7. Nigma & iLL scriptureZ – Planetary Punishment - Just a true display of lyrical ability. Rhymes galore, easy. A very creative way to drop some heavy bars and also expanding your ideas and concepts to really come up with some unique and powerful verses. You both did that exceptionally and really allowed me to just sit back and enjoy reading and analyzing your styles and word choices as well as your techniques. 8. KiKi Spirez - #SlutRap - Haha at the title. More rhyme skill display on this one. This time, Kiki style which is also unlike any other style. The way your transitions from the end rhyme to rhyme with the beginning of the next line really keeps the reader's attention sharp and you never miss a step in putting down some well balanced out lyrics. It really makes for a lot of smoothness in the flow and not allowing rhythm to pause or switch up into a possible shaky pace. Really awesome work, man. 9. Shankley – A Day In The Life Of A Noob - Really funny concept. You really put down an orderly verse that really touched on basically everything that seems to happen around the site. You really thought out what you wanted to include and how you wanted to say it. The only thing is the flow was a bit jumpy and some of the wording was used simply to allow the end of the lines rhyme so some phrases were a bit awkward. A very cool read and concept to go by, only that it lacked in the use of more creative rhyming elements to really highlight the flows and rhythms. 10. Concrete – The Syndicate Enforcement - Seems like it was a good month for collaborative verse murdering pieces of work in LA. This was no exception, of course. Everyone dropped very solid verses, Concrete having my favorite of the verses. All three really put in some pro effort and let your styles really speak for themselves. Everything simply looked aggressive and creative. Concepts, ideas, wordplay and punches...all three verses worked well together and individually. "They follow the leader we get the leader to follow" <- Like that. 11. Chain – Facebook Crook - Really clever verse here. Very humorous and damn entertaining. It's like one huge insult and the different ways you expand on your topics has always been top notch. Too many times you had me chuckling at how true a lot of it is. I don't mess around with the social media but it's not difficult to notice how others use it and it's quite sad, really. Especially the ones you touched on in the verse. Always have that smooth flavor in your verses, but I think one of your best qualities is actually when you utilize humor in your work. Just really makes the pieces much more enjoyable. You can awe the reader with the skill while also making them crack up. Nice ish, man. 12. Nigma – The Lexicon - This is just a piece of art that I would kill to have created. Figuratively. But it just really keep me deep in thought. Even after I finished, I had to go back, read again and still think about it. I had to go back in my head, imagine it all again and just smile at how much you opened up my imagination and let my thoughts create. It was very intelligent and creative, for lack of better terms. Your detailing and imagery were just so descriptive and creative and there were a lot of things that had me feeling like, "Damn, I would never have thought to say this in such a way." Above all, I felt it was very poetic and do wonder what the significance of that date in the second verse is. I looked it up and found nothing helpful. Anyway, this was just on another level. It was beyond a rap verse on a rap site. Very intelligent writing here. 13. SmoothTung – Harvest - Although short, I had a good time spitting this. Whatever beat I was playing when I read this went on point with the flow of the verse. The structure was really utilized perfectly. Never lost pace or rhythm and I enjoyed going from one rhyme to the next rhyme. Really cool verse although I would've loved for it to have been longer.
Well, in the end, I'll have to choose Nigma's "The Lexicon" as the OMOTM of the month. I think it had the strongest impact on me of all these great works. It caught me off guard, kept me awestruck and had me going back several times to read it more and more. Not that any of these have been inferior in amazing me, I think everyone had a lot of great, quality works to go with, but I do think "The Lexicon" really took it just above another level. Awesome work to everyone.

^^Now that's a dope way of doing it. Damn, you on a feedback frenzy haha. And yeah the This Is It track's first and second verses came out of that Reality's Broke key and a couple of others I did elsewhere. I'm actually surprised it got nominated here, didn't deserve it.

for me its hard to pick between Stylin on 'em, Facebook crook, and The lexicon
Stylin on em: was just dope, every one came hard with their own style and killed this shit, every one had nice punches and schemes, overal this was just dope.
Facebook Crook: Chain, fuckin' dope, this was a really enjoyable and funny read, the flow was smooth and the schemes were nice and you had me laughing at parts in this, just a really dope piece.
The Lexicon: Nigma, my favorite writer on here, this was just another piece to show why, this was creative as fuck, the imagery, just everything. You kept me thinking throughout the whole piece and to me, there were no weak points in here. Your descriptive detailing and imagery really drew me in and kept me reading and I really admire your writing and how you put things together, really dope piece man.
These 3 we're the best on this list imo, but im gonna have to go with Nigmas The Lexicon. It was just the most creative piece out of the three and thats the kind of stuff I enjoy reading, creative shit that makes you think, and Nigma did just that. Props to every one who got on the OMOTM list, but Nigma took this one imo.
