Staff update/Crew consultation

We are looking to evolve the way the leadership of the site works, making the crew leaders a formally recognised part of the overall site leadership & increasing their involvement in the way the site is run. 

We're eager to listen to & feed in ideas members have. Identity Crisis II

The most successful topical tournament in LA history is back & proving wildly popular with the masses. We're already over the threshold of a 32 man tourney, which would be the first ever 32 man tourney at LA, with some huge names old & new putting their name down to get involved. 

ICII is a topical tourney with a difference, all entrants are assigned a Battler number, nobody knows who you are except you. Plus, you can't see what the other voters have said until the battle is finished. All votes are hidden while the battles are in progress.

The first battles have started, been voted on and even have been closed. Make sure to cast your votes and send your verse before the deadlines to ensure a smooth tourney!

Topical Twist

The Topical Twist is a play-as-you-go style league, you get points for winning battles & if you win enough you might find yourself lucky enough to sit in the play-off places when the music stops. There's been plenty of twists along the way & Cuba will plan a whole bunch more. It's a great way of getting yourself a good quality topical battle without the long-term commitment for a tourney or full on league.

OM King / Word Drop update

The word drop has been cancelled for now as there was hardly any participation anymore. If there's a strong desire to bring it back, we obviously will! For now we have quite some tourney's and the OM King going on. This should be enough to tickle your fancy. As for the OM King, the new challenge is up! This is the last one which will stretch over a period of two months. After this one it will become monthly again with varying difficulty. So stay tuned and do participate!
