as you may notice am adding a NEW crew system

this will give a more "Personal" look to the Crews

you'll get a kinda "mini site" which will include:

• Main page - this will have a "Description" on the crew and the crew logo, maybe more
• About Us page - lil about the crew so people can get more info on them
• Gallery - crews will get their own gallery where only members of the Crew can post in (this will be added soon as i finish the Main gallery for the site)
• Forum - the crews will have their Forums removed from the main page (as its big enuf as it is) and they will be "merged" into the crews "Mini site" not sure how this will work but hay!
• Members List - a list to disply ALL members of the Crew

i will also make it so all Leaders need to do is send the new members wanting to join a Special PM with a link so the member can Activate them selfs as a Member - this will stop people adding members to their crew who dont wanna be a member, stop members joinin a crew the crew dont want them in and save me time doing the job my self

and maybe more if i can think of anyfin to add

now wot i NEED is for ALL the crew leaders (only) to post in here the names of ALL their members, and comfirm they are the leader of the crew, so i can set it all up in their Crew Settings
