Nobody would take you in till you've been ere a while and proved that you'll be sticking around. Too many people get in crews n then disappear

For them to have you as a member, you've gotta show why you'd be a valuable member

yeah tre, good luck on finding a crew.
i've been here since augest of last year and still havent got a crew to rep, but i still have things to learn thats why. and as manc said, dont get disheartened.
