Well I listened to both twice. After listening, Imma go with

D.Von 

I just thought he had more direct punches. Also Key3's punches were kinda basic. I honestly liked key's beat and flow better but as far as lyrical content, I thought D.Von did a better job. To me it was a close one but D.von gets the W because of harder punches, and I felt his verse did more damage to the opponent. Both can be better but still nice job.

Key3 - You flow good on the mic man and that honestly is the only thing that really put you in this. Your punches were generic and not very good. You need to aim to attack man and if you could get the swings down you would be a force to be reckoned with in audio battles.

D von - An easy win, its all about the punches and I think d von came out with the better punches and he always consistent at flowing well on the mic. You just hit harder and thats what matters in battle.

Key - The flow and delivery was pretty dope. The beat was on point as well. The production at the end was nice as well. As far as the lyrics I thought the punches weren't very direct and personal, much of it was either generic or filler. Would like to see you get more aggressive and personal with your lyrics, but keep the same great flow and delivery. 

Doom - D von had nice flow and delivery as well. It wasn't as fluid as Key's but it was still good enough to hear everything clearly, and bump to it. You had a few nice name plays and personals in there and I thought you were very consistent with direct punches as well. Great battle verse.

MGVT: Doom - Both had good flow although I would give that edge to key as well as delivery. But in the same case, I thought Doom's punches were a fair grade better than what key brought to the table. With the delivery and flow good on both ends in this one, the vote has got to go to Doom for a much more aggressive and personal battle approach.
