Slecht: you really seem to have a style that brings together successful components and a tight scheme that brings a solid shot. didn't feel overly perdonsl, but the cleverness of the bar more than compensated. Beansy: i liked the angle you took here as well. clear concept setup to punch...didn't really get the personal here so while I'm not a fan of providing expos, it might have been helpful..for me at least. .is slecht a midfielder osomething? i felt that the end rhyme coulda been tighter, but nice slants at any rate. tough call here, but my preference runs to Slecht v Slecht |

Bo Slechter: I get that this wasn't your intended bar, but why didn't you post the correct one also when you first noticed rather than waiting for mods to clean it up first? ... But it doesn't matter now. This bar was nice, it was a good mx mix of aggro, rhyme and a topical and funny reference in the punch. The only con is that it is not at all relevant to your opponent ... but we have to ignore that for obvious reasons. Beanie baby: Good of you to show up ... Using your tired and tested formula here, but I felt 2 things let it down. The whole play is that Slecht is used as a "Select" and that doesn't work for me. Maybe it could as a jokey play but it would need something more to pull it off. Also the end rhyme is an issue for me. Both bars try to pull off decent size multis here, but when you pull the apart ... Dam-age this Fagg-ot Man-ne- quin cha-llenge good-meh-good-good-fail Meant as a scor-er -ten-do con-troll-ers good-fail-fail-fail-good So this week, despite posting the wrong bar like a numpty ... Good use of current events which is always a bonus but using a universal when you're in a one bar battle can be a waste and see you lose no matter how good it is. Beans: I dunno how you're pronouncing 'Slecht' in the first place to know if this works lol. If you're saying 'slekt' then it works but if not it's a reach. I do appreciate the other related elements that you tied in though, and coupled with the nameplay it does make for a good punch. Tough battle here. On one side we have Slecht with a clean and non-forced punch that is good on it's own. I think the current events aspect saved it though cause if the mannequin challenge wasn't a thing and if he said 'he's a statue' or something then the punch would've been dismissed as newbish. So taking that into account plus the fact that it wasn't catered to his opponent in any way just dulls it for me. Beans took a big risk with the execution but the creativity and personals were way ahead so that's gonna be the deciding factor for me. Vote - Beans

S - Nice punch, I saw nothing wrong other than it was a bit impersonal, but it was a nice set up with a solid punch IMO If you had got a bit more personal it wouldve been straight up NICE. I think, at least. B - Nice punch man, seen the controller bit a lot doe. You had a dope angle with it doe IMO your set up was nice as well.
