Tonight is the night gentleman. amir khan vs canelo alvarez! Any predictions?? I don't have a favorite in this fight but canelo has the advantage in terms of chin. But in every other category khan is superior. If khan pulls this off he definitely deserves mayweather

yeh i think canelo has to be the favorite, i coudnt resist a cheeky punt on khan though 3/1 not bad oddd considering. Put a bit on gunnar nelsons next fight as well.

@arthur canelo continues to have problems with pure boxers and none have had the speed of khan. Only thing making this one sided is khan's chin. Skill is debatable

The aftermath discussion of the fight got completely overshadowed by talk of Canelo vs GGG.
Canelo was saying "we are Mexicans, we don't fuck around" well that's good Saul, now you gotta fight him. GGG does not need to say that stuff, he stood in the ring with a smile on his face. Golovkin all day for me, his power is devastating albeit subtle and deceptive. Max Kellerman is spot on with his analysis, the fight is interesting because Golovkin will just hunt you down and Canelo likes to counter punch. So it's the perfect match up, and I've got triple G being the first man to stop Canelo. |

Canelo/GGG could help bring boxing to its old heights. It's lacked a hyped up fight like this one could be for awhile. Just the talks of is gets me excited...hope it happens. I see GGG taking it, but Canelo keeps getting better and better, to bad he fought Mayweather so young.
Speaking of Mayweather, what's this stuff I hear he trademarked "TMT 50" so he's making a comeback? Maybe he fights the winner of Canelo vs triple G. That would be fucking insane! |
