Shankley was a little but on the basic side. I appreciate the work that Shankley did. So my vote goes to Tha Butler. |

This battle wasn't too good.
Shanks - first off, I'll say you had nice structure, but some of your punches fell flat and most of them weren't much of a punch anyway, you were really just making statements. the 1st and 3rd bar were probably the standouts of the verse, but i had to almost speak with an english accent in my head to make the 3rd bar rhyme. Overall, it wasn't a bad effort, but for a cat with 22 wins I'd like to see more aggressiveness. Butler - You did fairly well, holding your own I see. Not so often that we catch new guys who can go as well as some others can. Everything you dropped impressed me fairly, but the 2nd bar i wasn't feeling. Everything from then on was average, but I didn't like the Ashley Kaos bar at all. It fell off flow since it was so long and really only rhymed with the internal in that same line, not the end line of the bar before it. Overall, I'd like to see more aggressive bars from Shank, as well as I'd like to see the same in Butler. MVGT Tha Butler

Nice stuff from Shankley and tha Butler
Shankley: the flow and the structure...was on point for. Really calm bars..little or no agression. Fav line: "Getting raped by guys so much it's like you star in gay porn". Def killed it at this point. tha Butler: the flow is good, but the structure needs a bit of upping...dont be too hasty to land emm nice punches and then let your structure run lose. Fav line: "U not built for war, in Nam he'd get cocked more than designated guns" Hence i vote Shankley |

This was a close battle but i would like to see a battle of at least 5 bars fellas. C'mon. Anyways shankley had some nice basic but clear rhymes that had a little flow to it. I also like the links but wont hold it against butler. Overall a decent verse that was striaght to the point. Butler you also can be attributed with everything i said about shank. The only thing i dont like that you did was the last line was like almost 2 lines long. But other then that your rap just simply did it for me more then shanks.

Wasn't feeling most of Butler's verse, but there were a couple lines in there that were dope.
Gonna give it to Shankley though, first two bars were great, third was weak but fourth was alright. I know it's kind of a lame explanation but with only 16 lines between them, it's kinda hard to analyse it thoroughly.

your opener your opener was okay flow was real nice but the punch was not as strong as it shouldve the second bar was alot better in terms of the punch third bar was funny the set up that is the gay. reference didnt do much imo closer was adequate flow a bit awkward but other than that it looked solid butler your opener was solid i liked the punch alot and the personal was used well second bar had nice wordplay but the rhymes were not as the opener third bar got rushed abit considering the flow. the wordplay was nice though closer looked too stretched i got the idea though mvgt shank his flow was smoother than butlers butler had a few hits that i liked but the flow and end schemes made his verse appear as unpolished close battle |

Close battle, what i'm a cover has been said in the above 2 votes..
Butler is improving, Shank you have so much potential I just want you to become more aggressive and personalised, real go in on him. I found myself not really enjoying Butler's as much as Shanks mainly down to the flow, Butlers came off a little awkward at times,your last bar is exactly what i'm talking about. Vote: Shankley for a more polished verse.
