Let's keep it non-title for the time being...could get a bit messy if we start doing title matches as part of this.

Especially since the tag belts currently sit across crews. To be fair we'd have to look at making tag belts sit within 1 crew if we wanted title shots to be fair game for this, which I don't really think is the idea. For now.
