I've noticed that in topical callouts people are asking for suggestions on a topic. Some people have started general board threads which is not a bad idea, but most just ask for topics within their call-out thread. This causes the callout thread to be upped and a lot of topics get thrown in and not used. Could we have a stickied thread on top of the callouts titled "Topic Suggestions"? People could post "Oh so-and-so and I need a topic for a topical" and then people can post away. That way, we don't have one callout being upped and we have a place where all the non-used topics can be at in case someone else might like it. Or just sticky this thread ontop of the callout section and maybe change the title...

I've created a thread. I think it'll be best if it's just topical suggestions, otherwise it'll become bogged down with shit and people wont be able to find the suggestions.
