RULES

  • No crew votes
  • Votes in groups are best out of 5
  • Votes in knockout stages are best out of 7
  • Votes must be explained SUFFICIENTLY with key battle criteria explained - tournament moderator will ensure all votes are explained
  • To stop new members coming in to vote for their friends. To vote, you will have to apply (there will be a thread), and hanGing will say either yes or no. Most of the time it will be yes, but there are cases where people may try and cheat
  • It is encouraged that all members apply to vote, including contestants and new members - if we've seen enough of you to trust you aren't a fraudulent account, you're welcome to vote
  • Groups: max 8 bars
  • Semis: max 12 bars
  • Finals: max 16 bars
  • There will be no first or second to drop. You can drop whenever you want, as long as it's before the deadline.
  • No flips/feeding
  • All verses will be checked for biting/recycling, so don't even try it - it's not worth it
  • There will be a tourny discussion thread, but in addition to this "spam" won't be deleted from battles, so non-verse/vote posts are allowed, as long as they're relevant and non-hateful
  • Scoring. 1 point for a loss , 2 for a win and 3 for a whitewash.
  • No verse posted = -5 points.
  • SPITS DUE BY MIDNIGHT (GMT) 20th September - GET WRITING PEOPLE

    So... the entire rules on who goes through has suddenly been changed...?  And will Carnage and Raptor really get one point for losing to me...?

    yes slightly changed as i feel this works better - saves reopening battles etc..

    flips will be removed from the verse.. which could in theory fuck up the verse...

    IF someone has voted before flip is removed - they will be asked to revote on the altered verse..

    ALSO

    No-shows.

    If the Person pulls out before hand - then a reserve will take their place - BUT depending on the timescale they have before the deadline - they will have minimal or no extension to it. (who said being a reserve was easy)

    If they just dont bother - The person Facing them will get the full 3 points. Cheap win.. yes...  But fair methinks.
