I'm gonna give this a shot. I apologize in advance if I deviate a bit from what might be expected when it comes to representing your hometown, and if I get too off base I'll edit, but I interpret widely, is it cool if I touch (pause) on some of the deeper aspects of why we have pride in location etc (thats really vague I know, but as a newbie I still can't respond to PM's so I apologize for those of y'all that I haven't responded to - not by choice).

Glad to see you guys joining. I'm extending the September one till November (yes, it's weird to skip a month) because there was, as far as I know, just one entry and I've been AWOL. I'll update the list of participants later tonight and start figuring out what we'll do in November. Since we're skipping a month it has to be awesome and challenging.
