This is a new thread im starting in hopes of giving LA artists easier access to free downloadable instrumentals. Feedback on the beats is always appreciated but my main purpose in this is to post my beats for you guys to make dope shit with for the audio section.
As long as yall spit on these beats it'll only inspire me to make more for the entire community to enjoy. heres the first beat. its a Street Dreams-esque beat i produced in the style of Nas. Enjoy. PS. dont use the first beat on the page "Next Life". it's old as hell and pretty garbage if you ask me. go make dope shit.

Make something upbeat you fucker, you make nice beats but this type of shit just hasn't been my tip. I dig the bass drop on this first beat, it really allows your to come in on it without feeling out of place on the track. I could see myself doing something on it later on
Beat two, not my kind shit but I could see a guy like Checkk jumping on it as I could see his voice fitting it well and him flowing on it. It's a little simple though, the first beat imo was better but it's just a preference thing. Keep dropping this it's fucking great to have a beat producer

4:44 was an incredible album filled with skeletal sample based production that gave Hov a lane to speak his mind without battling with the instrumental. The simple elements of these beats are refreshing to hear, as most beats these days outshine their artist.

Vince Staple's Big Fish Theory was a whirlwind of an LP in terms of production. The elements of these instrumentals range from your standard dark trap to the experimentation of Death Grips, Pusha T and Kanye West's Yeezus (thought much lighter in tone).
I wanted to get a feel of Vince's more experimental side, so this is what I came up with. PUSH

Damn, Elite. You're versatile as fuck. I must say though, you either need better speakers or headphones that show how much bass a track has, because on mine (KRK Rokit 8 Studio speakers), they sound way too bass-heavy. On my earbuds, too.
