Tonedeff.
I know most will never get into him because he's much different than the traditional mainstream and underground Hip Hop but I do believe no MC comes close to his skill level in rhymes and flow. My favorites after him go in no order as Nas, AZ, Em, Mos Def, Evidence, Canibus, Immortal Technique, Diabolic, Madchild, Vinnie Paz, Slaine, Ill Bill, Substantial, David Hodges...shit I can go on.
