Crew Chat: New Crew (Sign-up)

Yeah I see why the 4th Reich CAN be seen as a bit 'inappropriate' (due to the Third Reich haha)..;

The reason I chose the name was because Hitler (commander of the 3rd Reich obviously) was all about rising from the undergrounds of Germany to bring about its future, and, while the 4th Reich is not about sharing his beliefs, we could essentially be about members rising from the belly of L.A. to bring about the future of rap (the members of the crew being the future)..

If people are not happy about the name though, I can always change it before I make the official crew when I get to 500' points..

I know just getting sign-ups now ready for definite.. Didn't wanna be rushing afterwards

Alright I'm gonna start setting up the crew now (should be up in about 20 minutes)..

For a little brief as what this crew is about:

"As a crew, we should all be going out to help each member grow and rise in the ranks. To do that, we can talk in the crews main page (once we get one) and giving specific members advice to improve whenever they need it. We are here to motivate each other, and as a team and aiding individual members to contribute to the site in positive ways that can make them better MC's, like supporting them in tournaments or teaching them to grow for them in battles and OM's. 3 VERY important things that are expected off of every member are:

1.) To collaborate with the crew, whether in battle or with Open Mics.
2.) To give constructive feed on Open/Audio Mics and on battle votes on occasions where crew votes are allowed.
3.) To be supportive, respectful, and helpful to your members to help you and them grow in skill, and to co-operate in activities and contribute together.

Also, crew warfare (battles, not petty beefing) is cool once in a while. It brings that extra motivation to improve as to not let your team down.

Furthermore, compete for the team as much as for your OWN benefit. You want to be the best MC you can be, and to be the greatest L.A. too, and we also want to be a part of the best crew, so we need to be the greatest TEAM as well. That's all that needs to be said really."

Anyone is welcome, and also don't feel that you can't make what other benefits you want to make for YOURSELF when you join, as long as it isn't gongto create a negativeffect on the crew and sire
