Basically the same thing as many other battle sites, think this would be cool.
This would have battles every week. Votes would be required to be eligible for next week's battle. Champ would be claimed, and the tier of battlers will Try to work their way up to the top every week. An active member who is Trusted should be made MOD to host this. It could or could not be applied To battle records. No shows are automatic advancement. Battlers must Have at least 10 battles to participate in league, keep spam and flooders Out of this. This has been suggested loads lately, a long with "links to battle". Neither of which will be happening.
But seriously though, why are ALL suggestions going in General Topics these days. I bloody moved the Suggestions forum INTO general so it would be seen. It is not difficult to post in the correct forum, seriously. |

It's definitely a cool idea, but I think it's already failed here once and we really are not that active in the battlefield to warrant a battle league...It's tough enough getting votes in normal battles and a battle league would require more interest and activity than we have (from both battlers and mods). Still, you could always run an un-official one. If it works out extremely well maybe you'd get Scotty on board as well.

Battles would get closed quicker if people posted less bullshit in them - it's taken me 45 mins to get through what I've done now.
Battle league doesn't work. I'm back from Jury service now. 99% of new mods work well for a week. Then do fuck all when they find out it's effort. Honestly. No matter how good they seem. In no rush for that. (I've also deleted dead battles with bullshit rules and no posts)

yes but the more mods even if they all do fuck all, as is now, would still improve on the current. i mean jus as a collective, 10 people doing little do more than 3 people doing the same..

It annoys me when you have a good member & people automatically say they should be a mod...healthy site needs balance of people in different roles, mod is just one of those,

2 mods from one crew? Scotty already deaded that idea - although I agree U is one of the fairest and most honest members to grace LA. With all due respect, he'd do better than PB - just cuz PB isn't that active ATM. Not cuz he's a bad mod. I just personally think mods should be extremely active.
