I am familiar with them actually, although I have not seen the documentary.   I just saw for a second time a documentary called "off the grid".  My type of shit.  It really makes you think about what life really means to some people and how people are content on living.

Yea I caught it when it came on HBO I few weeks ago, that doc was sweet!
Old school hip hop/ freestyle radio show. You just don't see anything like that anymore its all mass produced sponsored bull shit now. I think L.A is the closet thing we got compared to what They were doing back in the day. Anyone who hasent seen it should check it out, its worth a few bucks. If you can't find it anywhere im sure you could order it from BarnsandNobel. I thought it was pretty damn cool how they let anyone who could spit come in and get a few minutes to drop an OM freestyle live on the air. Dope shit right there!

i really like how they would let artists listen to their old old freestyle from the show. Nas, Jayz, Fat Joe, they were like "ohhhh shit, how did yall get this?" that was ill.

I grew up in the Midwest so the only time I heard stretch armstrong was on random mistakes. It was an excellent watch. Netflix also has a doc on the history of hip hop.
The way that stretch and bobbito split and their evolving views on hip hop was very telling of what happened to the culture in the 90a.
