Tournament Firstly the semi finals of Identity Crisis is up and ready for your votes. Quicker you throw a vote in, the quicker we can get to the finals. But do check the voting restrictions before dropping a vote, otherwise it'll end up disallowed. Battlefields To help move the tournament along, the field's will be locked for new battles, however you will still be able to vote or drop a verse in any already open battles. Attitudes You may of noticed a few unexpected bans lately. Personally I am getting sick of seeing the bullshit and unprovoked attacks on various people. In Beans case, yeah Missions a fucktard he brings shit on him self all the time, so with such ample oppotunity to give him shit for something he's done, I was pretty pissed off to see Beans laying into him for abso-fucking-lutly nothing. Mission was asking a perfectly legitimate question and posted the thread in the correct way, so there was no need for that bullshit. Put this into context, a visitor stumbles onto the site, thinks "hay I might just sign up and participate" then notices a thread where someones getting shit for no reason what so ever. What kind of message does that put out about us? A fucking shit one! So yes, we have a load of retards on the site, yes they bring shit on them selves, but unless they are causing the shit, leave them the fuck alone. Get on with your lifes and just ignore them, it's really not that hard. You new kids get jealous when us old timers bang on about the Golden Era? Maybe you should start trying to make this Era something to be proud of, something worth remembering. Let's bring back a positive community that helps everyone grow, rather than spits in everyones faces and expects respect in return. Make the site what you want it to be, fuck the bullshit and start contributing in a positive way. |

This struck to the heart of why not only the people from the "golden era" don't stick around when they look at the forum, and also why LA often loses it's better members. Y'all can say what you want about my time here recently, you can even believe the absolute BULLSHIT and lies that Trizz spouted at the time I left (look at the history, half of what he blamed me for I wasn't the person to do, the other half was pure fantasy) but I used to give more feed and votes by myself than the entire rest of the forum combined. All y'all text heads love to slam cats like Barry and Mission, they're fuckin MILES beyond you in skill and balls. Until you little wannabes actually put yourself out there in a very REAL way and leave yourselves vulnerable I'd advise you to keep your retarded comments to yourself, let's be fair here guys, most of you are "average" at PRACTISING writing rap lyrics. Most you never even spit a single fucking bar to anybody in your life. Next time you decide to slam someone like Barry, think abou tthe fact that he's actually putting work into elevating as an artist, while y'all sit there writing no-flow stretched ass verses that'll never fit on a beat and hiding behind your screens, hes got the balls to put himself out there. Most of y'all aren't fit to lick barry's shows, never mind how well you can write multies. Newsflash, mutlie writing is a piece of piss, sit on rhymezone for 3 hours and you can do anything half of your "vets" do wiht no rhythm, delivery, flow or intelligence. Congrats.

People always ask for tournaments, then never vote on them. So closing out fuck yall and battlefields is probably a good idea. Gotta get shit movin. Although i think fuck yall enhances activity, it also shouldnt be where beefs are settled...the OMs are for that. Instead of bitching, drop a verse Or battle. Attitude on LA seems to have shifted in a negative way. Talking shit is part of online rap sites, but nonstop shitting on someone isnt. OM feed should be focused on helping fellow community members to elevate. Props on the moves scotty. |

It was worth a 4, if you want higher make sure the entire drop is rhythmic, stretched ass no-flow lines do not a "5 star" make. (More Nigma than you tbh) The rant is because I'm literally DISGUSTED by the community here. Especially the wannabes who slam cats like Mission and Barry when they actually have miles less skill than both. Note I mean rap skill, not writing forced multies, no doubt that many of their criticisers are better at them than that. Frankly I see alot of the "hate" as tantamount to someone who plays with lego commenting on an architect's work. It's ridiculous. Any of those who feel like proving me wring, I can't wait to HEAR you rap. Until you're spitting, you're still in the practising stage, and have no right to look down on ANYBODY who's actually performing to people whether in-person or on recording, no matter how bad they may be. They aren't beneath the criticisers, it's frankly the other way around. |

Locking the battlefields is a great idea, this tournament has been crazy and it deserves the voter's attention instead of a bunch of random battles that mean nothing. As for Beans, it's all good, idrc what you did i asked a question and got my answer doesnt mean a thing if you spammed it or not i accomplished my goal with the post. @SS some good points you laid down there
