I'd just like to wonder wherre the fuck you get the right to diss pac and biggie when 2pac was constantly in the studio writting and spitting, he also helped produced his shit, he and biggie died for their muziq, which is makes me question your love of it, without pac and biggie hip hop would've died with Eazy E

i cant believe how many people on here are dissin the greatest rapper ever. if you look on any website go to any place most people will say that. Ive got most of the albums hes ever made and i think hes just better than all the rest. If he was still alive then maybe it would be diferent becuase he would of had a chance to elevate even further. Its still good that they bring out albums and songs which he previously did before he died, but thats all we can base him on these days. Even though times have changed some of his music is still relevant. All in all i think he was the best ever, and should be remembered in that light.

firstly, pac was a sik lyricist, sum of his songs wer shit i agree, some of his songs wer jus pure genius. Him and DMX are prolly the most emotional rappers ever and evrything they wrote came from the heart. secondly, if u think his lyrics wer wack, i can half agree with that coz his lyrics wernt extraordinary but he made them sound good and we all got his cd's. peace |

Yeah but he ain't the most lyrical in the world. I mean when you check the wordplay of guys like Chino XL you fall off yo fuckin' chair in amazement.. and multis from guys like Big Pun an' Pharoahe Monch... Pac was an OK storyteller and in that sense he was quite lyrical. I don't like the way people call him a poet tho, as very little of his stuff is poetic, but the stuff that is is usually the best of it, it has to be said. A few poetic tracks and some cool stories doesn't make you much iller a lyricist than a lot of guys out there... his lyricism was madly overrated. Same with DMX who you also mentioned, though if anythin' he actually has better (or at least more) effective storytellin' shit than Pac. Yea tho.. like Stalin said.. he was a mad MC, great voice and flow, and enough variation to suit his style... won't find many better. (Pharoahe Monch, Chino XL, Afu Ra, Method Man, I think Busta Rhymes is good too.. not jus' for speed... loads more...) |
