if all the UK has to offer is So Solid Crew/Blazin Squad/Dizzy Rascal then id have to say USA wins hands down plus it did start there so they have a tad advantage plus UKs closest to "gangsta" is a bunch of scallys with a combined IQ of a new born baby .... maybe less |
