If you look underneath the text.....MY sig says my PSN is twizted81.....if you need me to I can change the sig to whatever you want to prove it is me......

Even if you didn't bite, it's lame enough that you recycled all them shits. I ain't feelin' your argument either, I mean, I may touch on the same concepts or reference something I've said before but not busting shit out that's identical. You had to know that. You guys might well just start over with a fresh battle with a fresh verse (pun intended)

griffo200uk on Nextgenupdate is me ......my name is Carl Griffiths.....hence the griffo2002uk. I have changed my sig to say Im Twiz to prove it is me.... I call my mom....mom. I think mum sounds too posh. I hardly ever call her mum unless Im talking about her to someone else.I personally have battled for a long time and I have spit so may verses that the shit I have remembered has obviously stayed enbedded in me....so you can hate all you want, but I had no inkling that I had already spit that.....what would be the point in me writing half a verse and then filling the rest of the verse with old lines? I dont find it that hard to write battle lines.....I hold my hands up to an honest mistake but I will abide by the rules from now on and try hard to not recycle anything.
If it is OK with Manc....can I reset the battle and use the lines that I have got and redo the lines i have dropped before?

So.... you want to recycle lines form this battle, in another battle with manc? I don't think so. If manc wants to battle you, you set up a new battle. New content. As far as this is concerned, the battle is finished, with no stats awarded either side.

Wow @ you lot going ape at a guy for recyling...yeah, you shouldn't recycle your lines but it's way less of an offence than biting.
The strangest thing to me is that since the guy recycled Manc has to drop a new verse...surely the judgment here should be either: 1) Manc says it's ok for this battle & let the votes come in, or... 2) The guy rewrites his verse, omitting the lines that were recycled That has to be the best outcome here...a one off recycling is a minor offence, why waste someone elses verse because he broke a minor rule? If he doesn't recycle in the future it's all good! |

Gotta agree with Nep, a fresh start seems warranted.
If I was Twiz, I wouldn't wanna use any lines from this battle anyway due to what they are linked with. It also shows "a copy & paste" type of approach as opposed to an actual flow. The verse seemed off in that respect from the jump.
Nobody's trying to ban the guy or flame him here , but he deserves to at the very least have his balls busted a bit for this. As BSD pointed out earlier, it's a douche move.
But yeah, don't do it anymore...drop a new verse and people will move on.

In this instance, Cuba, it's not a "one off" - Because it's his first battle. A one off wold be if this happened in 20 battles time. But he comes to a site, CLEARLY copies and pastes bars, rather than rewriting them from memory, and if anyone wants to debate that fact, then just compare the 2 verses, and ask yourself, with all the glitter he's put in to his verse, can you really duplicate that to the letter, 8 months on?
The fact of the matter is, this battle has become a bit of a shambles. Manc has 3 choices. 1. Battles the guy, Manc keeps his verse, Twiz writes a new verse. 2. Battles the guy, both emcee's write new verses. 3. Lets this thread die, and doesn't battle him again until another call out may or may not be answered in the future.
