Yea entry fees is a dope idea, it would definitely make people perform to the best of their abilities and spend more time on their verses.
As for this tournament, I think some of the topics were a bit lame, with some of the verses being predictable before you'd even read them. I think for the next round you should switch it up and just use one word topics, 'revenge', 'hatred', etc. or maybe more abstract topics |

Man, can't believe the no-shows. I hate when people who sign up for shit don't follow through....This tourney and round in fact has produced the best battle I've seen so far since I've been back, annoys me a little bit that the rest of the tourney is't proceeded in the same fashion
